Randy came to our home today to service our almost 50 year old built-in vacuum! He cleaned it up, got the suction strong again and easily determined where the problem was. I very much appreciated his advice that the machine is old but solid & I should continue to use it until it dies. He didn’t try to over-sell me and he was honest in his appraisal.
